Course overview/objective:

To upskill yoga teachers, building on their knowledge in order to teach yoga to athletes and sports people.

Course content:

  • Explores the needs of the athlete / sports person to offer yoga as a cross training practice

  • Focus is on hatha yoga with alignment and core strength central to preventing injuries, improving form and developing stamina and endurance

  • Includes breathwork to help with mental focus and relaxation

  • Includes sports-relevant anatomy
