Our one year training course, held over eleven full days in Marino Institute for Education, Dublin will provide a supportive and stimulating approach to help you further your Yoga Journey and realise your full potential as a yoga teacher. Course emphasis, which will be organic and interactive, is on the therapeutic approach to yoga teaching and practice. The course will be tailored to suit both newly qualified teachers and teachers with experience in the field.

- Explore and develop a deeper understanding of the eight limbs of yoga
- Learn to apply that understanding to your own teaching and practice
- Fine-tune your teaching skills
- Gain inspiration for your yoga classes
- Explore the anatomy of postures to gain deeper understanding of movement and limitations of movement
- Understand medical conditions and explore postural modifications to suit such conditions
- Specialist areas of yoga – yoga for pregnancy, back pain, arthritic conditions, breathing difficulties and more will be included
- A workshop on Ayurveda will also feature on the course
